Ok, so...I'm about a week in to Nutrisystem.  And ramping up my involvement in roller derby.  And DietBetting, and doing a burpee challenge.  So I've got some things on my plate.

How did it go?

 

The good:

Lost 10 pounds.

Started firming up a bit.

Largely stuck to the Nutrisystem challenge. Known as the TurboTakeoff, it's a more restrictive version of Nutrisystem. 

Won the MVB at a scrimmage for TXRD, which is a new thing -- banked track roller derby! (The hat in the photo is my prize.)

Ate veggies. So many veggies.

 

The bad:

I feel kinda sick.  Stomach is upset, kind of sniffly.  DOMS.  Hopefully that improves.

Sleep is still kind of sloppy.

Endurance is poor and my hip flexors are underconditioned.

Cheated a bit.  Such is life.  Learned that my local bar has a pretty good salad, but Chuy's has nothing that vaguely qualifies as an acceptable meal on a diet.

 

So...goals for this week:

1. Ramp up to 2-3 roller derby practices a week. Round out with exercise every day, and workouts at least 5 days this week.

2. Get to sleep on time, and get up on time.

3. Burpee challenge!
