Even as a kid I was a night owl. I NEVER wanted to go to bed, maybe I thought I Was going to miss something... I don't know...
However, I still don't fall asleep at a decent hour (hence why I'm writing this post at 12:36am)...
So I think the next thing I'll focus on, along with continuing counting calories, making better food choices and exercising, I'm going to try and get more sleep. Sleep helps with a whole HOST of issues, not to mention just makes you feel more ready for the following day.
so yep! That's the plan. Going to use my Jawbone to track and hopefully motivate me to at LEAST get IN the bed earlier.
