I signed up for dietbet a year or so ago, and I failed all of the ones I tried. I guess my brain wasn't in the game. This time I am doing it and trying to make it more manageable. I'm easing into the exercise. I think I will make my first bet, but I started a bet a few days in that ends around the same time, and I lost several pounds quickly.. it scared me. I guess cleaning up my diet helped me detox quickly, but then I plateaued majorly. So i don't know if I will make my second dietbet, so I signed up for a transformer to keep me motivated and going so I would not get discouraged if I win one and lose one. I hope this helps.. I need a way to stay motivated to lose this weight once and for all!!
