I've done every diet in the book and, in the end pizza and social drinking wins.  I thought I achieved balance a few years ago, and then I broke both ankles, tore a groin and was diagnosed with ugly arthritis.  I had a horrible 60+ hour a week job and I stopped exercising altogether.  Big mistake.  It's been over a year since my last fracture, which I have no pain from anymore and I'm ready to get back at this.  I'm tired of being fat.
