Commiting is the hardest step... right? I've struggled with hanging on to an extra 20-25 lbs that I've put on over the past 3-4 years. I'm tired of trying crazy diets, working out a little here and there, and never keeping any weight fully off. I'm ready to try something new, fun and different. I'm excited to meet new people and encourage others who are in the same boat as me. I'm READY to make a lifestyle change and to lose weight, feel happier and live healthier!
