I have been out of the fitness game for a while. I have managed to keep my weight off except for about 12 lbs. I am working on that now, I have joined a diet bet and plan to get this excess weight off. My goal is still 145, it has been my goal for about 3 years since I started my journey. I have yet to real my goal. ::SADFACE:: lol I will get there!!! Im sitting at 162, or so.
