I know running a mile is not the biggest deal for most...but for me it is! I have had five feet surgeries, bones removed, screws put in and tendons elongated! I know. This past week I tested my running skills again. I ran a mile! With my brand new running shoes, a posititve attitude, and the help of my after school fitness club I am hosting. I am now super excited with the return of Spring and my foot healed enough to continue on my fitness journey again. When my phone said that I ran a mile and did it in a decent time...I was floored! My emotions were high and I was proud of me and my students in my club.

You are worth it! You can do it! You are inspiring others without even knowing sometimes!

Take it one day, one meal, one exercise or literally like me - one step at a time!

The only person you have anything to prove to is yourself!
