Well, I don't know what this is exactly, but I think it's a kind of journal...?

I just put in a comment on my first game, Withering Away in May, but am thinking now that I should have just entered it here. Or do entries here show up in that game? I am very confused, and will probably just start "writing stuff" and see where it shows up... :/

So, I'll go forward by logging my entries here, and just doing what looks like a "quick update" over on the game's page.

I'm realizing that I'm thinking and writing way more about the website than my actual health plan. But that's where I'm at right now, trying to get up to speed here.

And, I actually started this game while having a stomach/GI virus, sick in bed. But I'm feeling much better today, will head in to work, and focus on healthy eating for the weekend. Something easy on the stomach today:

  • yogurt for breakfast
  • soup for lunch
  • sweet potato for dinner

Tomorrow:

  • veg and eggs for breakfast
  • veg and tofu for lunch
  • veg and rice for dinner
  • snacks: yogurt

Buy gym punchcard on Monday.

Make some hardboiled eggs today. Buy and chop: broc, lots of shrooms, peppers, cabbage, kale. Scallions, cherry tomatoes halved, in own container. Buy baked tofu, sweet potato.

What to do about inevitable sugar cravings?.. Make a container of walnuts & dates to transition out, then when it's gone, nuts only. Oh, and the Four Sig elixers...invent some yummy shroom coffee thing with cocoa and coconut milk.
