I feel like I have dieted my whole life. Constant struggle. I am down a total of 150 lbs but really would like to lose an additional 60-70 pounds total. I try to watch my carbs and I exercise 5-6 days a week. Goal every week is to walk over 100k steps. Currently training for 5 or 10 k on Aug 10th.
