Yesterday I chose to have a rest day from exericse, my body was sore and tired and I didn't want to over push myself.  I ate pretty well throughout the day, got plenty of water in and went to bed early.

 

Today (Day 4), I was at the gym by 5:30 - did Day 2 of C25K - and completed it.  Helps when I can log into Netflix and start a movie - now I'm looking forward to Day 3 of C25K and probably 2 more days after that lol ...ya know, to finish the movie!  I also lifted (triceps/chest).

 

Amazing how just a few days into a new program I feel so much better!  Here's to FOREVER!
