I've been alternating high carb(still whole foods..no processed foods, sugars, or artificial ingredients), and low carb. I picked it up from the Chris Powel..Choose to Lose book. It works great! I was so exhausted the first few days, but now I'm not hungry..have tons of energy and have started workouts. My daughter told me about Diet Bet..it sounds like fun..so here I am! Can you join more than one game at a time? I've never done anything like this!
