Low Carb Diet Update - First Four Days

I'm doing a modified low carb--low glycemic. It's been super successful for me. I, too, was a carb monster :) I've been going strong for 2 months now and am still losing weight! It definitely works; you just have to eat enough protein at each meal so you aren't hungry. Oh, and clean out your pantry so you don't have and "bad food" to tempt you!
