Went to a garden party yesterday afternoon/evening. 

Truly, the only healthy stuff was what I brought (hummus and naan bread).  I did have one piece of veggie pizza.  Really and truly screwed up the carbs for the day with that one . . . Marcos Veggie Pizza has Carbs @ 72g, but it also had 32g Protein.  But that 72 is more than my allotment for the day.  More importantly, I woke up this morning hungry. 

We stood around for hours and this morning I woke with back spasms and was hungry.  I figure that the overdose on carbs caused the hunger. 

On the upside, I did okay, not the best but okay.  Plus, I got more steps in than I would have otherwise.  Also, too much wine, but it was red . . . LOL!

Total Carbs: 146g

Total Protein:  67g

So goal for today:  focus on reducing carbs and increasing protein.  I did bring an apple in for lunch today and while there is 17.3 carbs, apples only have .2g of fat . . . really?  Where is the fat in an apple?  Its not like I am wrapping the stupid thing in bacon!
