Let's do this!
This will actually be my 4th DB. I hit an all time high, or low is how it made me feel last November. I started counting calories and being more aware of my eating habits and lack of movement. With subtle changes, I lost 10lbs between November and April. In April I joined my 1st DB "Jillian's DB" and lost my 4%! I followed it with winning my 2nd DB, I took a couple of months off and maintained my weight. Then I did my 3rd DB this month and won it as well. I feel that if I continue losing with DietBets until I get to a healthy weight that I will be able to maintain the new healthy weight and love my new lifestyle.
So I am absolutely loving the journey and ready to keep going!
