I am totally into great health, fitness and wellness. However, my personal issue is that when a certain HIGH amount of stress entires my llife, I sometimes feel as though I don't handle it in the best way. Oftentimes, I have turned to overeating, stopping my workouts and thinking in a negative way.
Well, I'M here to say that I am officailly done with this phase of my life. For the past 2 years, it hasn't gotten me anywhere! I first came across Zuzana 3 1/2 years ago. She changed my life and changed my perspective on how I view myself and my life. I got in my BEST shape ever aftert using her workouts and meal guidelines. I actually WON a HUGE contest:) I placed in the top 10 out of more than 2,000 people in a body transformation contest.
