A naturopath once said to me, “Inflammation is the cause of most known diseases and ailments. We could prevent almost all of them.” I really wanted to believe her. Who doesn’t want to believe that cancer, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Alzheimer’s are easily prevented? Well, it’s hung about in my brain for quite some time now.
