I have a 7 year old and a 11 week old and want to not only fit back into my pre-baby jeans... But I want to show them what a healthy lifestyle looks like! I am breastfeeding so I don't plan on doing any crazy diets... Just eating healthy and clean, and working out !
I plan on swimming laps Tuesdays, Thursdays,
Doing Zuzka HIIT Mondays
yoga on Wednesdays
bodypump on Fridays
and cycling on Sundays
and Saturday would be my rest day!
