I'm in the July - January DB 10 transformation. The official weigh in for the end of this current round is this coming Wednesday and Thursday. Last Sunday I had over 5 lbs to lose to make my goal. I didn't think I would make it. I lost 4.4 lbs this week though and so now I only have 1.5 lbs. I would not think I'd lose 1.5 lbs in 3 or 4 days but hey, I didn't think I'd lose 4.4 in a week and I did. I just might make my goal after all. How cool would that be? If I don't make it I'll be really close which I'll be happy with too.
Just last weeek I started intermittant fasting. I had scheduled my fasts and reduced eating for Tuesday/Wednesday and Friday/Saturday but I might switch that up this week. There is another method than the one I follow called 5:2. It's eating a restricted amount of calories for two days in a row (only 25% of your regular calories) and then you eat normally the rest of the week. I could do that Monday and Tuesday and maybe be ready to weigh out for the round on Wednesday. We'll see.
Either way, I'm getting close. Yippee!
