Night shifts are the worst. I find myself snacking the most when I work the overnight shift. Its 4am and normally I would be asleep. Because I am awake I just snack all night long. This is a new day and I will no longer allow myself to continue with bad behavior. I am excited about the challenge! I love a challenge this is exactly what I needed to jump start my weight loss goals.

Sign in to CommentI have same problem. I get bored while working nights and snack alot. I bring most snacks in portions now so I won't eat 2 or 3. It has helped.
