My goals for this month are 1. I am in my second year of college on my way to becoming a dietician but need to lose over 100 lbs. So my first goal this month is to apply the knowledge I have worked so hard to get in my own life and to my own situation. 2. cut back on coffee and drink more water. 3. food journal. 4. find time for exercise...5/30 minute cardio sessions and 3 days at the gym. 5. to win this bet!!
