A rough painful day

Corin, I can definitely understand what you're going through. I have sarcoidosis, & I also suffer with severe joint pain in my hands, left hip, & feet. Some days I have left hip pain & can't work out, but I roll with the punches - some days are better than others. :-) My physical therapist (also a licensed physician) recommended OmegaXL, but I haven't tried it yet. (He swears by it!!!) Go to www.amazon.com & check it out!!! (Ask your doctor about it.) I'm gonna order it. I hope it works. If it doesn't, I'm gonna try something else. He hates to see me in pain, so he wants to put me back on prednisone, & I don't want that!!! My best friend's mother just told me about a product she has been taking that has given her relief from neck, back, & hip pain (SC formula with shark cartilage - www.naturessunshine.com). She's walking around like she's 40! I'm gonna try as many natural remedies before I go back on that drug!!! That's my last resort!!! I hope you feel better soon!!! Good luck!! :-)
