So today at work I visited the dreaded cafeteria with an abundance of unhealtht choices. They were serving my fav, cottage cheese noodle casserole. No lie, I could just look at the stuff and gain 10 lbs. I was definitely going to eat a heaping full serving, but then I remembered I was doing this diet bet. I refuse to lose my money dammit!!!! So I went for the bowl of Kashi GoLean Crunch, skim milk, light peach yogurt and a protein bar for a snack. Yessssss! WHAT HEALTHY SWAP DID YOU MAKE TODAY?????

Oh great I had salted haricovert, vegiburger (no bun) and diet coke. Almost like a meal from that mcplace.
That's awesome! You should definitely be proud of yourself. Today at work, spread over 2 tables, was a cornucopia of potato chips, donuts, and fruit roll ups. I stuck with my packed lunch and snacks. Trail mix and a string cheese (snack 1), Spaghetti (lunch), and hummus, red pepper and pretzel crisps (snack 2) = )
