Here we go, on the first DietBet challenge I intend to finish :)  I signed up for one last year but found out I was pregnant right after it started, so I dropped out.  Now, my babies are all born and momma is ready to tackle the rest of this stubborn baby weight!  This month-long kick-start will be just what I need to get me going!  Tentative/ draft list of goals for this DietBet:


1) Stay within my weekly MFP calorie goals throughout the entire DietBet period

2) Jog at least 3 times per week every week during the DietBet period

3) Complete one 5k race during the Dietbet period

4) Begin strength-training routine and/or start Jillian Michael's 30DS (I have the DVD!)
