I'm not sure why July-September I was so scared to run. Just scared! For no reason! I've been a runner for 4 years, I've run 2 half marathons, I LOVE running, yet this July-September I just didn't want anything to do with it. Maybe I was going through a season of change or something. But the thing is, I miss it a lot. So I ran today, with a friend. She's not a runner, but she volunteered to go out with me and just get moving. I'm so thankful for her friendship! We ran 2 miles, it was slow, it was rainy, but I loved it and it has motivated me to get back out there, for good!!

I have also done 2 half marathons and various 5 and 10k's but for the last 6 months or so I have wanted nothing to do with it, it just wasn't fun for me anymore. I'm starting to get the itch, and am thinking about starting the C25K program over to ease back into running again.
