So, I may not seem like I have weight to lose, but I carry it all around my mid section, which is the worst place to carry excess weight! A few years ago I started running and an exercise/diet program (Body Back, with an awesome coach, Natalie) that had me eating 6 clean meals and snacks a day. I lost 30 pounds in about 4 months and was super active, and thrilled with the results. As I became less active and slipped into my old habits, my 30 pounds came back, plus a few extra friends came along to join them.

I have recently started CrossFit, and am trying to get more active, but my eating habits stink. I know that losing weight is about eating right and being active, but I find myself caving in to fast food more often than not due to busy schedules with kids sports, etc. I also realize I have a long list of excuses and zero results.

So, here's to flipping that around and having zero excuses and a long list of results!
