Yeah so I have about ten days to lose 2.8 kilos... 1,5 weeks, that is. It seems a bit impossible to lose 300-400 grams every day for that length of time.
This morning I weighed 110,6 and now it's 5pm and I weight 111,9
so maybe I have been eating too much, not sure. But I have also done lots of chores at home and sweating a lot etc.
I am quite happy if I make it... I gained 4% of my bodyweight in a year, so now losing it in a month... well seems a bit crazy, huh.
