So this was Day 1 for me, sort of... I've been sick for the past few days and today was the first time I felt like I was back in the land of the living. My eating was on point (for Paleo), I made it to the gym, and I started my new regimen with Plexus. Overall I feel great so far, minus a slight headache I had after finishing my workout, but it quickly passed and I was back to feeling good. 

Today's Meals:

Breakfast: Vegetable Juice and a half of an apple in the car on the way to work

Lunch: Appelgate GrassFed Hot Dog, Coconut Water with Pulp, and the other half of my apple

Snack at home before the gym: Handful of Nuts and a homemade juice pop

Post Workout Snack: Progenex Shake

Dinner: GrassFed Steak Salad with Cucumber, Tomatoes, Oil and Vinegar Dressing, and Avocado

CrossFit (60Min): WarmUp (15Min), Snatch Push Press and Snatch Balance Work (20Min), WOD(12Min AMRAP), Core Work (10Min)

Mobility and Stretching (30Min)
