Thought I'd use the blog option to track my food and workouts, plus if others want to join in we can share meal plans and perhaps get ideas from each other. I have a 5 month old and am trying to lose the baby weight!

 So far today:

Breakfast - egg white scrambled eggs with 1 whole egg, 1 cup strawberries, little greek yogurt pack.

Lunch - small bowl of homemade turkey chili, 2 cups of salad mixed greens with handfull of cashews and avocado oil with basalmic vinegar as dressing.

 

Workout: light 30 min weight session including squats, weighted lunges (8lbs weights), deadlifts (3 sets of 30lbs form training), kickbacks (8lb ball), kettlebell (15 lbs), ab ball, curls (8lbs), triceps (15lbs).
