Ok Chalange starts in 2 days and I am stoked.    Looks like there are a lot of great people involved to include my Great Friend Tracy Baxter. I got Jullians App and Paid for whole package.  Glade it was $20 compaired to $50.  Still figering that out.  I Have a plain of action that I will try to keep up with.   I also have a Blog Studoutlaw.com that I put all my work outs on.  I haven't worked out in over a week.  I just wasn't modivated, but now that money is involved I guess I need to get back to it an loose the lbs.  My goal is 165 I"m at 205 today.   I think 4% of my body weight I must loose to be in the running is 8 lbs (197 lbs) buy my personal goal is to be at 190 in 4 weeks.    I trut in this community, my friends and Jullian that I (we) can make this happen.     He are my Goals:

1 Loose 10 - 12 Lbs in 4 weeks

2 Log all my food and water Daily 7days a week no skipping

3 Write something in both Jurnals Daily ( Mood, Day, Execise, someting)

4 Every moring before I go work out I will write something positve on the cheer boad 

5 Make everyday about me even on Wed and Sunday when its a rest day

6 Say something nice to a stranger on the street.

7. Help modivate my friends and community to be active and to help them help me to not give up

8 sleep 8 hours every night

9 Eat healthy and stay away form cookies

10 Be Happy!
