I am within spitting distance of this goal. I have already signed up for another dietbet with weigh-in this weekend.
And what I have learned:
1) If I start off the morning good, I am good all day.
2) I can resist processed carbs.
3) Vegetables can be good. Pick and choose which ones I want and eat them daily.
4) Salad for lunch can be satisfying, especially if you make it pretty and add good protein.
5) Putting money where your mouth is keeps you from putting food in your mouth.
6) I need to up the ante on the exercise. No excuses. It is really easy to put just a bit more into it.
Spitting distance. Really, I am within spitting distance.
