Disheartened...unless that means I have muslce.

Stepped on the scale this morning post workout and before breakfast: weight went up A LOT.

 

I have not consumed 1.4 lbs in two days nor have I taken in more than I have expended...so where is the weight gain coming from...muscle? but doesn't it take longer to build a pound and a half of muscle than 2 days. or a day.

 

My weight yesterday was 138.4 and today 139.8 HOW?

 

In my pictures I try to not flex. to just take it as I am when I naturally am breathing and not holding my muscles in.  I want to get rid of my tummy, define my biceps, and remove the fat around my mid-section (which means full body workouts).

 

This is me after my INSANITY PLYMOETRIC CIRCUIT WORKOUT this morning. started at 10am and completed at 11am.

I actually woke up at 8:40 today! 

 

I reached some of my goals yesterday, the rest I rescheduled for today.

Had a hockey game and we won. I had the second goal of the game, backhand to the top right pocket! that was fun. and burned a ton of calories. I could feel my abs working.

(okay, what have I deemed? that my scale is broken?? wtf)

Goals: 

1. chose fruit over processed sugar snacks--cravings

2. keep myself busy during 2 to 4 when I am craving all sorts of foods (do another workout)

3. Get past the weight gain that puts me back at starting weight. (reconsider the bet).
