I believe you can do it. I lost 70 lbs in 8 months' time last year, doing just what you said - walking. I walked every day. And I did all this without a trainer, or even in-person friends to motivate me. It was just me and my now almost-4 year old little boy lol. I got off track and life happened, so I am back to finish what I started because I feel this is what I need to further my journey. Believe in yourself. One day at a time.
