Today is the day I post my start weight and I have to admit that I’m a little nervous and excited to start!
I need to make this lifestyle change because I’m so tired of being exhausted all the time. It’s becoming frightening just to stay awake in the morning on the drive to work!! I feel tired and drowsy, and I have to drink a 5-hour energy just to make it safely.
I’m hoping better food choices and regular workouts will help me through this… along with the wonder ladies I’ve already communicated with these few short days since I signed up! :)
