Since June I have been floundering on what eating plan I should follow. Until that point I had been doing carb cycling with great success but I guess I got bored and decided I needed to do something else. Since that point I just have not been able to settle on anything. I have tried to go back to carb cycling a few times too but just have not been motivated to stick with it. Well, after trying several things I am going back to carb cycling (again). It's what works for me and it's what I know. I have just successfully finished my first day back on carb cycling too which is nice especially seeing that it was  low carb day which is more restrictive of course than high carb. The fact that I can go to bed now knowing I ate successfully today gives me a sense of accomplishment. I have to just focus on one day at a time.
