I am officially starting my weight loss journey tomorrow. I have been on numerous diets and nothing has ever worked before. My goal this time around is to count calories and work out 3-6 times a week and not worry about the fad diets. I am going to concentrate on the intake of healthy foods and the effort I put into building a more toned and fit body. I just gave birth to my first child (WHOM I LOVE SOOOOO MUCH!!) a month ago and as I look at my post birth body, I worry that if I do not become fit before my second child, I will become so overweight that I will not be able to have healthy pregnancies. I also want to be the fit mom who can run with her kids and play on the floor and keep up with my little ball of energy. Currently I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life at 227.2. When I first started dating my husband 8 years ago, I weighed 150 pounds and was very healthy and fit, that is why I chose 145-150 lbs as my goal weight. I plan on doing a weekly update of my progress every Sunday :)

ULTIMATE GOAL: Weigh 145-150 pounds. 

MONTHLY GOAL: Lose 10 pounds each month.

OTHER GOALS:

RUN a 5k..not walk, but RUN! 

Fit in to my pre-pregnancy clothes

Fit into size 11 jeans

Be able to do a pull up, unassisted 

Wear a swimsuit without being ashamed

Get rid of my double chin
