Hello I'm Connie. I am fairly active but I love food so I really have to be careful. I am about 7 pounds over what I want to be right now. My goal is to be consistant with my PiYo workouts, drink more water, cut out the unhealthy snacks. I love to run, hike, walk, swim and just work around my place. I am suffering with a shingles out break right now, secon run of it!!! No fun. I love Diet Bet because it's fun for me to be challenged with a group like Diet Bet attracts.
