I have tried the Transformer twice before. Things like injuries and depression got in the way. This time: I’m ready. I’m on a new diet that has made a huge difference. I know the Keto Diet and isn’t for everyone but works really well for me. I’m a creature of habit and eating the same meals that I love over and over isn’t bad. I feel great and I’m almost never hungry. Which is kind of a problem when I need a certain amount of calories to live! I use myfitnesspal to track my food and make sure I’m eating enough Fat, Protein and Carbs. I’m optimistic and I hope to make some friends through this dietbet. The obstacles I’ll face is finding appropriate food while I’m eating out with friends, avoiding beer(sad face) and getting to the gym regularly. But anything is better than nothing. I’m confident I’ll lost this weight (my 10% goal weight is where I plateaued last year before depression set in). I can’t wait to wear my cute clothes again!
