Well, day One, I did better than I thought I would. I ate rather sensibly and even took a walk on my lunch break. Tomorrow I'm going to kick it into gear and continue to build my exercise schedule. This from someone who hasn't exercised much for awhile (i have Fibromyalsia) but I want to get healthy again.
