I started off the day with a GREAT breakfast!  Egg whites with tomatoes,  red pepper and lettuce.  And an orange and green tea on the side.  I weighed in yesterday at 160.8.  I am excited to begin my weight decline and end my weight incline.  A little about myself..I am 27 years old and I am married with three children.  They are 8, 3 and 7 months old.  I hope to get back to my pre pregnancy weight.  This last child put on some extra pounds but being more busy I am continuing to gain weight and have not been exercising at all this maternity leave.  I am bound to lose this extra weight so I can get back to feeling better about myself, being healthy and a good role model for my childrens eating habits.  So starting today I AM going to lose this weight and continue on a healthy journey!!

I am using the Noom app to keep track of my exercising and eating.  This app also has little challenges and an article or two to read a day.  I had bought the premium version a long while ago.  It is good!  I am not sure what the regular app is like.  I am not following a specific meal plan but taking ideas from different places.  Like pinterest and also some recipes and ideas from  Dr. Moreno's 17 day diet book.  For workouts I plan to use Jillian Micheals DVDs (I have an addiction to buying home workout DVDs but never have the motivation to do them...so I have almost all of Jillian's DVDs, I am going to start with her 30 day shred one and switch to other ones if I feel like switching)
