Today marks the end of my whole 30. Well day 30! I've had some amazing results and I feel great. Since starting this diet bet, I've been even more motivated to continue working on my health and fitness goals. I'm so thankful that I have the awesome support of my friend Debby who has joined me for this diet bet and the whole 30. I plan to start a whole 30 challenge group and at the same time I want to host my very first diet bet! Looking forward to helping others reach their goals with 2 of the most amazing tools :-)

Sign in to CommentTruly you shouldn't weigh but I was doing a diet bet also. So I was weighing. The idea is that it's so much more than just the number in the scale. I weighed each monday :) I think it's up to you!
