Not a bad day overall.  I am thinking I need to not weight myself everyday, though.  Yeah, right...  Good luck with that.  My weight was up a whole pound.  I know what I ate and I think it was water weight.  I just don't need to start this competition GAINING weight.  

I find eating Paleo really easy as long as I keep it in my head that I am eating just Paleo.  I am getting really good at saying, "No, thank you.  No, thank you."  I am not at all hungry and overall I feel pretty good.  I just know that I have to, have to, HAVE TO incorporate exercise into my routine if I really am going to lose weight and keep it off in spite of working long hours and exercise being the last thing I want to do at the end of the day and the last thing I want to do in the morning.  I did do a basic beginner at home CrossFit workout this morning.  It really drives it home how out of shape I am.  It was a very short, fairly easy workout and I wanted to pass out on the floor.  I just keep telling myself I will get better and better if I keep it up.  My goals are to be able to do a handstand without support and to do another Spartan race and climb the rope.
