So I am fully committed to doing the Ketogenic diet for the next four weeks. I want to see how my body performs while in Ketosis. I am running the Army ten miler this weekend and two weeks after that I will be runing the Marine Corps Marathon. Usually in a marathon I feela crash of energy around mile 15 and I start doing shot blocks, drining gatorade and eating whatever people are handing out on the side of the road. This time my body will be using fat for fuel instead of carbs and I hope I will be able to push through without comsuming calories and carbs.
So my goal for the next four weeks is to stick to the diet, lose some weight and run my best!! Wish me luck :)
