I have gone to the first 2 sessions of my cardiac rehab.  It feels good to walk on the treadmill and ride a stationary bike.  They made the 2nd session a little harder than the first just to put my stress on my circulatory system.  The therapist asked me how I felt after the work out.  I said "I didn't have a heart attack and die".  She agreed that was a good sign.

I can't wait to be able to run again.

My weight dropped dramatically from my initial weigh in- I think it is all water weight.  Once that is all gone- it's really going to get hard to lose the pounds.
