I don't go to the gym or walk as much would def like to start that back as a daily routine. Routine I never been a routine type of person kind of take things as they come never been much of a planner I'm a wait till the last minute person I guess that why I let my weight problem go for so long but it's never to late. Everyday is a new day you can get right today what you messed up yesterday.GOOD DAY YALL.......
