Starting the weekend off with my couponing this morning.
PS: I'm sore as eff from yesterday. My trainer didn't work me out super hard but I've been out of the game for a couple months so today I'm definitely walking a little funny.
Anyways, back to my weekend. Today, I woke up with every intention with getting up early and making it to Target before they opened, didn't happen. I got there around 10, got everything I needed though for today's haul. I probably did 6ish laps around the store, I'm actually on track for today as far as calories go, bagel this morning was kind of a treat plus the added cream chease (450 cals). And then this afternoon I had two turkey hot dogs, no bun, dipped them in mustard (220 cals). Tonight we're planning just a chicken salad, going to be yummy.
Tomorrow, going couponing again. Hey! At least I'm not an alcoholic or something, well not a true alcoholic. I do like beer, don't get me wrong. My two addictions, coffee and couponing. Working out will be my next addiction. I need to add it in. I do get a special kind of high from working out. I bet everyone else does too...
I've been writing everyday too by the way. It's been really helping. It's more of a written blog post. I need to start sharing it but the last week has been a nightmare!
Tuesday: I had a softball game and went out before to watch the Giants game.
Wednesday: I had to work 9-530 and then 530-10.
Thursday: Worked 930-530 and then 5-10
Friday: Worked 9-5 and then 530-1130.
Like I said... Crazy effing week!!
Next week isn't going to be better. Yikes! Gotta set the tone this weekend and make all of my meals tomorrow or at least plan them out.
