It never rains but it pours!
In true sods law fashion, i start to pull my diet togeather and i get hit with a kidney infection.
a week of no training, and yet some how still manage strain a ligament in my knee.
Honeslty not the start i really wanted, but maybe the one i needed.
i have lost loads of weight inthe past i did really well. but when i moved back form uni it all changed. Healthy somehow went out the window. i didnt have the support network of my gym buddies. i dint fit into the gym in my home town. Its hard to face training alone.
I'm still super active and diciplined in my training. But my food is my achilles heel, if i can change this part of my life then i should see changes. fast. I'm just sruggling to find that mind set again.
Trying to fix my diet is a constant battle!!!! i don't even know where to start.
