Ive been doing some running to get in shape. I've always wanted to run a marathon, so I've been using the couch to 5k app to get started slowly. I find that now that I've been running I am obviously burning more calories but it's making me want to eat so much more too! I've got to stick to low carb but it's my biggest challenge!
