I have just quit smoking almost 2 weeks ago. Like most smokers who quit, I turned to snacking. I have already put some weight on, which was expected, but now it's time to nip it in the bud before it gets out of hand. So instead of snacking tonight like I wanted to, I made a cup of Vanila Chia Tea. Took my craving away to snack. I have a feeling there is a lot of tea in my future.

Sign in to CommentI've learned to throw myself into working out to distract myself from no smoking and to relieve the stress of not smoking. the first week is always the hardest. So far I've last 3 weeks!!!!
lol. I'm a smoker myself, and I find that I can quit my food addiction, but I just can't escape my nicotine addiction. Sometimes, I wish I never started smoking. It really is such a terrible habit. When I did manage to quit smoking for long extended period, I noticed that sucking on lollipops helped me. However, it's not very health conscious either. So, i like your tea solution better!
