I just had a total Emotional breakdown. Went to the Dr and got on new antidepressants and Xanax for anxiety, and took off work for a couple days. I was WAY past eating junk to appease my stress: instead I was nauseated at the site of food (Totally different from my norm). So I managed to stay on track. Woke this morning feeling like I'd been hit by a Mack Truck. BUT, I'm dressed and going to go out for a walk, take in some fresh air and get the heart pumping and the air moving in the lungs. Then I'll make me a healthy breakfast and try to take it easy today. Not a good way (Emotionally) to start a diet program, but it does keep my mind on something positive.

Sign in to CommentI did go for my walk. It was overcast and cool. The air felt good; freshened my mind. My energy level was very low and my feet felt like led, but I pushed myself to walk at least around our neighborhood a couple blocks. It wasn't much, but I do pat myself on the back for getting up and out of the house to do that.
