Day 0: I started 6 weeks ago at 81.0kg / 178.6lbs
Week 1: I weighed in at 80.0kg / 176.4lbs
Week 2: 78.9kg / 173.9lbs
Week 3: 77.5kg / 170.9lbs.
Week 4: 77.0kg / 169.8 lbs
Week 5: 76.4kg / 168.4 lbs
Week 6: 75.5kg / 166.4 lbs
So I am 6 weeks into this dietbetting thing and to be quite honest... it has changed my life.
In 6 weeks I have lost 5.5kg / 12.2 lbs.
It will become harder to lose more weight as I have hit the normal BMI range and I am, technically, no longer overweight! But I have goals for myself and I want to be at a similar place I was a few years ago when I was the healthiest I have ever been.
I have won three diet bets in a row and I am currently signed up for one more. I am looking for some others to join but there aren't any currently that take my fancy.
Can't believe I am where I am today. Can't believe I am actually living the mantras I preach to myself every day.
